1. Check-In and Check-Out:
   • Check-in time starts at 1:00 PM, and check-out time is 12:00 PM.
   • Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
     
2. Reservations and Cancellations:
   • Reservations can be made online or by contacting our reservations desk.
   • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the check-in time will incur a one-night charge.
   • Non-refundable rates are available for guests seeking cost savings.
     
3. Payment and Security:
   • We accept major credit cards and cash payments.
   • A security deposit may be required upon check-in, refundable upon check-out, subject to room inspection.
     
4. Room Preferences:
   • While we make every effort to accommodate specific room preferences, they are subject to availability.
   • Requests for smoking or non-smoking rooms are honored based on room availability.

6. Guest Conduct:
   • Respect for other guests is vital; quiet hours are in effect from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
   • Parties and disruptive behavior are not permitted.

   • We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items. Please ensure safety measures for valuable items.
     
8. Parking:
   • On-site parking is available; however, it is subject to the availability of space.
     
9. Pets:
   • Pets are not allowed within the guest house premises.

    • The guest house is not liable for any injuries, accidents, or property damage during your stay.
